These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Easy Auto Dealers platform and website. By subscribing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Easy Auto Dealers provides a subscription-based CMS and ERP platform for car dealerships, including a dealership website, inventory management, invoicing, services management, user and role management, lead generation, email marketing and automated social media posting, depending on your plan.

2. Domain and website setup

To launch and operate your dealership website, we require a domain name pointed to our VPS servers. You are responsible for ensuring a domain is available for this purpose. The following applies:

  • You own a domain: you may point it to our VPS yourself using the DNS records we provide after subscription, or you may share your cPanel or registrar access and we will update the records on your behalf. Credentials shared for this purpose are used solely to complete the DNS configuration and are not retained beyond that time.
  • You need a domain purchased: we can register a domain on your behalf. In this case, the domain registration fee is charged separately and is your responsibility. The final cost depends on the domain name and availability at the time of registration. Please contact us after subscribing to arrange this.
  • Existing customers: if you have already provided your domain information to us, no further action is required on your part.

Your monthly subscription fee does not include domain registration costs. All other setup, hosting, configuration and ongoing support are covered by your plan at no additional charge.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page.
  • Posting limits and features vary by plan (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Platinum Plus).
  • You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to send unsolicited or deceptive communications. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and the content you publish.

5. Connected accounts

When you connect third-party platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), you must comply with their terms. You are responsible for the content posted to your connected accounts through our service.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process and publish that content as needed to provide the service, including generating videos from your images where your plan supports it.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and update features over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Auto Dealers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your access ends and data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
