8. Domain and hosting information

When you subscribe to Easy Auto Dealers, we require a domain name to configure and launch your dealership website and related systems on our VPS infrastructure. Here is how we handle this information:

  • Domain collection: we collect the domain name you provide (or the name you ask us to register) solely to set up your hosted dealership website and point DNS records to our servers.
  • cPanel / registrar access: if you choose to share hosting control-panel or registrar credentials, those are used only to update the necessary DNS records and are not retained beyond the time required to complete the setup.
  • Domain purchase on your behalf: if you ask us to register a new domain for you, you are responsible for the registration cost. The final price depends on the domain name chosen and its availability at the registrar at the time of purchase.
  • Data sharing: domain information is not shared with third parties except where strictly necessary to configure your hosting environment (for example, with the DNS provider or VPS operator).
